Lasting Impressions was once called B.W.S. Associates that began as a copying service in 1983 providing bulletins and programs for churches and tickets for other organizations. We also used our personal computer to make banners and signs.

In 1989 we expanded with computer portraits equipment. Computer portraits? Yes, you can sit before a camera or scan a picture where the image is sent to the computer then to the printer. The printed image is heat transferred to t-shirts, posters, plaques, trophies, puzzles, mouse pads, etc. B.W.S. Associates also has the capability to produce pictures for passports, mugs, keychains, buttons, pennants, watches, and more. We also retailed caps of professional teams - baseball, football, basketball, etc.

In 1992, Lasting Impressions was born. We provided iron-on letters and numbers for jackets, athletic jerseys, and t-shirts. In 1995, we expanded to embroidery by monogramming letters or stitching designs on garments. In 1997, we went further to towards an alternative to custom screenprinting. We provide heat transfers or custom cut designs to go on any type of garment.

In the past two decades we have grown to provide a multi-service. We will always keep abreast of what is new and inform you of the latest trends and styles. By quickly responding to your needs and working with you, we demonstrate a solid commitment to being your preferred supplier of specialty and custom products.

Phone orders are accepted, however, we ask that you please listen carefully when the order is read back to you as all phone orders are at risk of the customer. Incorrect orders are of no value to anyone. May we suggest that the order be written and mailed or faxed whenever possible to ensure accuracy. Place orders at 434.634.2241 or 804.641.2552.

Payments & Pricing

We keep overhead to a minimum. In order to meet the financial needs of all our customers, we offer several payment methods. They are: • C.O.D. Money Order, or Cashiers Check • C.O.D. Company Check (Must have an established account for 6 months before accepting company check).

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on labor plus all other fees paid in full on all custom orders.

NSF Fees: Returned checks will be subject to a minimum fee of $35.00.

Quantity pricing is available. Prices are subject to change without warning or notice.

Cancellations, Returns & Changes

The custom nature of our products and our short delivery cycle dictate that cancellations, and returns are NOT permissible. Request for changes will be accommodated when possible and may involve an additional fee.

Delivery & Rush Service

All orders are shipped 2-3 Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. All delivery times quoted are based on delivery on the common carrier. We do not accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. A rush service is available starting at $20.00. We will try to meet your need based on production schedules. Orders with excessive art or quantities may not be able to be rushed.

Art Reproduction Restrictions

The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When manufacturing products which incorporate these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission. We do, however, reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Lasting Impressions and B.W.S. Computer Portraits accepts no liability for any unauthorized use of such material. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design considered to be in poor taste or offensive.

Customer Supplied Art & Photos

We will insure the safety of your original artwork and photographs you provide and return them with your order if you so desire. Please advise us when you order.

Limitation of Liability

The company's liability (whether under the theories of breach of warranty or contract, negligence, strict liability or product liability) for its goods shall be limited to, at the company's option, repairing or replacing goods found by the company to be defective. The company shall have no liability for damages of any kind arising from the selection, application, suitability, or use of the goods by anyone. By the acceptance of the goods, you shall assume all liability for any damages which may result from use or misuse by you, your employees, or by others. You shall indemnify the company against all liability, costs or expense which may be sustained by the company as a result of any loss, damage, or injury.
